We only collect information you voluntarily provide through the appointment request form on this website:

• Email address
• Phone / WhatsApp number
• Session type preference
• Any message you choose to include

We do not use cookies, tracking pixels, or collect any data passively beyond standard web server logs.

3. How We Use Your Information

The information you submit is used solely to:

• Respond to your appointment request
• Schedule and confirm your session
• Follow up regarding your enquiry

We will never use your information for marketing, newsletters, or any purpose unrelated to your appointment, unless you explicitly ask us to.

4. Where Your Data Is Stored

Form submissions are stored in a private Google Sheet accessible only to Tejal Khedkar, and delivered via Google Workspace email. Google's infrastructure is used solely as a transport and storage mechanism — no third-party service receives your data for any other purpose.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with any third parties. Your details are never disclosed outside of the practice without your explicit consent, except where required by law.

6. Data Retention

Enquiry data is retained only as long as necessary to manage your appointment. If you would like your information deleted, please contact us and we will remove it promptly.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Request access to the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
